Using sanction income to support education
It has been agreed that County FAs can reinvest sanction income into grassroots education and behaviour-change programmes such as Respect Academy. This enables sanction funds to be used proactively to support clubs, young players and parents through structured learning focused on respect, inclusion and positive conduct.

Taking part in this project gives County FAs a clear and approved way to channel sanction income into prevention, education and long-term cultural change across the game.
